Deep Socket Wrench Tool's modular design concept

Modular design is a design method that decomposes complex systems into multiple simple, independent and exchanges. In the fast replacement system of deep socket wrench tool , the core concept of modular design is to realize the fast, convenient and reliable replacement of the sleeve head, while maintaining the high degree of compatibility and scalability of the system. This design concept aims to improve the efficiency of tools, reduce maintenance costs, and meet the diverse needs in different scenarios.
Standardized interface module
This is the core module of quickly replacing the system, which defines the connection method and size specifications between the sleeve head and the wrench subject. The standardized interface module adopts a unified geometric shape and tolerance standards to ensure that the sleeve heads of different brands and different specifications can be seamlessly connected to achieve rapid replacement.
Sleeve head module
The sleeve header module is the part of the actual work. According to different use needs, it can be designed as a sleeve head with different sizes, different shapes, and different materials. These sleeve heads are connected to the main body of the wrench through the standardized interface module to achieve torque transmission and the installation or disassembly of fasteners.
Locking mechanism module
Locking mechanism modules are used to fix the sleeve head to prevent it from falling off during the work. It usually includes locking, spring and other components, which can achieve locking and unlocking the sleeve head through simple operations. The design of the locking mechanism module should ensure that the sleeve head can still maintain stability and reliability when it is affected by a strong torque.
